Movement & Functional Assessment- $180
A comprehensive 90‑minute in‑home movement and function assessment. We’ll discuss your history and goals, observe your movement in your chosen environment, and identify priorities for improving strength, balance, and daily function. This assessment provides a baseline for your personalized guidance, not a clinically billed therapy evaluation
Movement Support Session- In Person- $150
One hour personalized session designed specifically with your movement priorities in mind. We’ll meet you in your home, local park, or on the river! KnoxNeuroRehab is most focused on functional gains, and each session will be tailored to meet your needs in the setting you choose.
Movement Support Package (10)- In Person- $1200
Evidence based practice in neuro-rehab shows that high frequency, high intensity training in a salient, personal environment is the best for making meaningful change (neuroplasticity!) With that in mind, this bundled package takes 20% off your total cost.
Movement Support Package (5)- In Person- $675
Evidence based practice in neuro-rehab shows that high frequency, high intensity training in a salient, personal environment is the best for making meaningful change (neuroplasticity!) With that in mind, this bundled package takes 10% off your total cost.
Virtual Movement Check-in: $50
Thirty minute virtual check-in. Sometimes you just need some guidance as your movement program progresses. This is best for those who have a strong understanding of their movement routine, are independent with mobility or have a caregiver to help, and/ or are traveling out of the state and want to check in.
All services focus on personalized location movement support and functional guidance. These are private‑pay, personalized sessions designed to help clients improve strength, mobility, and everyday function outside of a clinic setting. They are not clinic‑based outpatient physical therapy services and are not billed through insurance.
